Our Pickleball Program
Enjoy 20 hours of pickleball across five days, with two-hour sessions in both the morning and afternoon. Led by our expert coaching team, each day combines high-quality coaching, tactical development, and plenty of match play, culminating in a fun and friendly tournament where you can put your new skills into practice.
Session times will be confirmed during the holiday and may vary depending on group size, weather conditions or other operational requirements.

At PSO, we don't believe in rigid itineraries. Every holiday is shaped around the players on the trip, taking into account the group's abilities, goals and progress throughout the week. Our experienced coaching team continually adapts each session to ensure you get the most from your time on court.

One of Europe's most decorated pickleball players, Louis is an 8-time National Champion, 7-time European Champion and former British & European No.1. With 137 professional medals, including 87 golds, he brings exceptional experience, energy and world-class expertise to every session.
While every effort is made to provide the advertised coaching team, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require changes. Should this happen, PSO Travel will always provide a coach of an equivalent standard

Protection
PSO Travel is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), membership X5942, and an ATOL holder (Licence 12758).
Your holiday is fully financially protected. All payments are held securely in an independently managed trust account until your holiday has been completed. Where your package includes flights, ATOL protection may also apply, providing additional financial security and assistance should your travel provider cease trading.

This day is reserved for your arrival and check-in at the resort.
We look forward to welcoming you to your PSO Pickleball Holiday at Ali Bey Resort Sorgun.
Before you travel, you'll receive all the information you need for your holiday.
On arrival at Antalya Airport (AYT), you will be greeted by our trusted transfer partner for the journey to the resort.
If you have chosen to arrange your own transport, resort check-in is available from 12:00.
If you are due to arrive after the restaurant has closed, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to arrange a late dinner with the hotel, so you can enjoy a meal before settling in.
Your PSO host will provide you with the start times for the following day's sessions upon arrival.

As your holiday comes to an end, we hope you'll leave with wonderful memories, new friendships and plenty of pickleball to look forward to on your next trip. Your departure transfer time will be confirmed by your PSO host during your holiday. We recommend being ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Guests who have arranged their own transport should ensure they allow sufficient time to reach the airport for their flight.

Do I need a visa for Turkey?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Some travellers can enter visa-free, while others must obtain an e-Visa or apply through a Turkish embassy. PSO Travel cannot accept responsibility for any visa-related issues.

Can I get help with the entry requirements for Turkey?
We are happy to assist you with general information about the entry requirements, but it is your responsibility to check and fulfil the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements of the country you are planning to visit for your own specific circumstances.

Are flights included?
Flights are usually not included in our packages. However, we’re happy to assist with booking your flights and will recommend a group flight option for ease and convenience. When travelling on the group flight, airport transfers are included.

What happens to my transfer when my flight changes?
If you have booked your own flight, we will adjust your transfer time once you have let us know the new flight time. If you have booked your flight with us, we take care of everything.

Do you provide a coach for each holiday?
Our holidays come with coaching, but we are also happy to accommodate groups who wish to bring their own coach or want to play socially only.

Will there be someone on-site as my main point of contact during the event?
A PSO Travel representative and event team members will be staying at the venue throughout the tournament and will be available to support you at all times.

Am I insured with your company?
You are financially protected through our membership with the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and, where applicable, ATOL protection. Please note that ATOL protection is provided only when flights are included in your package and does not apply to group flights. While we ensure financial protection for your booking, we strongly recommend that you arrange suitable travel and/or sports insurance for yourself and your party before travelling overseas.

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, we will amend or cancel your booking and handle any refunds in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, offered the option to transfer your booking to another available date, or receive a credit that can be used for a future holiday.

Do I need to bring my Tennis/Padel/Pickleball racket/bat/paddle along?
Depending on the resort, you may be able to rent a racket at the Tennis Centre, but we strongly recommend bringing your own racket/bat/paddle.

Can I carry my racket on the plane?
This will depend upon the carrier, but usually the best way is to store the racket in your hold baggage.

Do I need to bring my own towels?
The resort provides you with plenty of room towels and pool/beach towels.

What currency can I use in Türkiye?
The local currency in Türkiye is the Turkish Lira (TRY) However, euros, pounds sterling, and US dollars are widely accepted in many tourist areas, hotels, and shops. We still recommend having some Turkish Lira on hand for smaller purchases, tips, or local markets. Most places accept major credit and debit cards, but American Express (Amex) is rarely accepted so it's best to have an alternative card with you.

Can I join your holidays if I’m travelling solo?
Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo, and our holidays are designed to be welcoming and social. We can offer or help match you with another solo traveller if you'd prefer to share. It’s a great way to meet like-minded people and enjoy a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

Can I travel with someone who isn’t playing?
Yes, non-playing partners and family members are more than welcome! They can relax and enjoy all the resort facilities while you take part in the sports programme. We’re happy to tailor the package to suit both players and non-players to ensure everyone has a great holiday.

Can I book private coaching during the holiday?
Yes, private coaching sessions are usually available during your holiday. If you’d like one-on-one time with a coach to work on specific skills or get personalised tips, just let us know in advance or speak to the team on-site. Availability may vary depending on the schedule, so early requests are recommended.

Can the named coach for the holiday change?
While we always aim to deliver the coaching experience as advertised, occasionally the named coach may change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will ensure that a qualified and experienced coach leads the programme, maintaining the same high standard of coaching you expect from us.

Can I use the courts outside of the coaching sessions?
Court availability outside of scheduled sessions depends on the resort. At some venues, courts are free to use when not booked for coaching or events. However, some resorts may require a reservation or charge a fee.

Do I need to attend every session?
Not at all. While we encourage you to join as many sessions as you’d like to get the most from your holiday, it’s completely up to you. If you're feeling tired, achy, or unwell, feel free to take a break and rest—your wellbeing comes first. Whether you want to play all day or unwind by the pool, the choice is entirely yours.

Do I need to eat with the group at all times?
No, you're free to dine whenever and with whomever you like. While we often enjoy meals together as a group—and it’s a great way to socialise—there’s absolutely no obligation. It’s your holiday, so you’re welcome to do what feels right for you.
