“Tennis transformed my life”

Tennis provided a support network when Yusuf moved to the UK, allowed him to build lifelong friendships within the sport and most importantly it helped to inspire the journey that became PSO Travel.

After more than 25 years playing tennis across Turkey, the UK and the USA, himself and Zuhal organised a tennis holiday for friends. Their enthusiasm led to another trip, and eventually to the creation of PSO Travel.

Today, PSO Travel combines Zuhal’s 30+ years in the travel industry with Yusuf’s lifelong passion for racket sports to create unforgettable sports holidays. While his interests have expanded to include padel, pickleball and golf, the mission remains the same: bringing people together through exceptional sporting experiences. You'll now find Yusuf on a pickleball court maybe more than on a tennis court :)

“Travel isn’t just what I do - it’s who I am”

With more than 30 years in the travel industry, Zuhal built her career across hotels, tour operators, airlines, and destination management, developing the expertise to create seamless, high-quality travel experiences. As a licensed tourist guide with deep roots in Turkey, she combines local knowledge, trusted industry relationships, and a hands-on approach to ensure every trip exceeds expectations.

Alongside travel, sport has always been central to her life. A long-time member of the Turkish Tennis Federation and the LTA, she has also embraced padel, pickleball, skiing, yoga, and pilates, reflecting the active lifestyle PSO Travel promotes.

Fluent in Turkish, English, and German, Zuhal is passionate about helping people discover incredible destinations through sport. Together with Yusuf, they have combined their expertise in travel and love of racket sports to create unforgettable holidays that bring people together, both on and off the court.

“Pickleball came in and changed our family's lives”

A self professed “Professional Pickleball Mum”, Jennie has spent the majority of her career working from within a family run business. All 4 of her children play pickleball, and so when the opportunity came up for her to continue using her personalised approach with PSO it was a no brainer to make the switch.

If it's pickleball related, Jennie has been there and seen it and PSO can't wait to leverage that experience to continue creating the best possible holidays for our customers. Two of her sons, Sam and Jamie, work as part of the PSO Coaching Team delivering holidays.

If you are looking into making a booking or enquiring for more details, Jennie will often be your first port of call with PSO - she leads with a lovely smile and welcoming persona that embodies our PSO family feel!
