- Do I need a visa for Turkey?
British Citizens travelling to Turkey for tourist or business purposes may travel without a visa for visits of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. For any other citizenship please confirm with the relevant embassy and/or Consulates.
- Can I get help with the entry requirements for Turkey?
We are happy to assist you with general information about the entry requirements, but it is your responsibility to check and fulfil the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements of the country you are planning to visit for your own specific circumstances.
- Do I need to commit to a whole week?
No, you can choose to stay longer or less than the main group. We will quote and organise your stay accordingly.
- What is included in my price?
This can depend on your booking as we provide both fixed and bespoke sporting holidays. Our packages generally include accommodation, local return transfers, Tennis/Padel/Pickleball courts if applicable, equipment and 24h hosting. We will let you know what exactly is in included in our pricing offer.
- Are flights included?
Usually not but we are happy to help to book your flights. We suggest and book your group flight. Having the same flight is often easier for group travel.
- What happens to my transfer when my flight changes?
If you have booked your own flight, we will adjust your transfer time once you have let us know the new flight time. If you have booked your flight with us, we take care of everything.
- Do you provide a Tennis Coach for each Tennis holiday?
Our Tennis holidays come with coaching, but we are also happy to accommodate groups who wish to bring their own coach or want to play socially only.
- Will I have somebody at the destination as a main point of contact?
Definitely! There will always be a representative from PSO or a coach, often both, staying at the same venue and available for help 24/7. In some exceptional circumstances, there might not be hosting. You will be available to contact a PSO team member whenever you need our help or advice.
- Am I insured with your company?
You are financially insured with us under the TRAVEL TRUST ASSOCIATION (TTA) scheme, but we strongly recommend adequate travel and/or sports insurance for oversea travel for yourself and your party. Find more information about TTA protection under the section “Book with Confidence”.
- What if I need to cancel?
We will cancel/amend your booking and issue a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- Do I need to bring my Tennis/Padel/Pickleball racket along?
You may be able to rent a racket at the Tennis Centre, but we strongly recommend bringing your own racket.
- How can I carry my racket on the plane?
This will depend upon the carrier, but usually the best way is to store the racket in your hold baggage.
- Can I let my racket string at the venue?
This will depend upon the resort.
- Do I need to bring my own towels?
The resort provides you with plenty of room towels and pool/beach towels.
- Will I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat along with you, alternatively you can use resort towels.
