Important – Accommodation & Access Options

To take part in the tournament, you have two options:

Option 1 – Stay On-Site (Recommended)

• Book your accommodation through the exclusive booking partner PSO Travel. This is the only way to participate fully in the tournament as a resident player
• With this option, return airport transfers are included in your package. Simply share your flight details with us, and we will take care of the rest.

* Bookings made through other tour operators to stay onsite are not eligible for tournament participation.

Option 2 – Stay Off-Site (Day Access)

If you choose to stay elsewhere, you can still attend the event by purchasing Day Access (€50 per person, per day)

This includes:

• Access to event courts and spectator areas
• Lunch in the hospitality area
• Water, beer, and soft drinks
• Access between 10:00–17:00

*Day Access does not include full Ultra All-Inclusive hotel services

Where Will The Event Take Place?

This unique event will be hosted by PSO at a 4* beachfront resort, offering an Ultra All-Inclusive experience, where food and drinks are available 24 hours a day.

Set in Türkiye’s home of racket sports, Ali Bey Club Manavgat, this world-class venue is renowned as the largest tennis resort worldwide, with 61 clay tennis  courts, and the largest pickleball resort in Türkiye, featuring 18 dedicated pickleball courts alongside 5 padel courts.

With everything on-site, there is no need to worry about travel, transfers, or timing. No rushing to matches, no planning meals, and no unnecessary waiting around. Instead, you can focus entirely on your performance and enjoyment.

Start your day with a healthy breakfast before stepping straight onto the courts, return to your room between matches to rest, reset, or prepare, or make use of the fully equipped gym. You can also take a refreshing swim in the beautiful Mediterranean to recharge between sessions. After a day of competition, unwind at the spa, treat yourself to a massage, or simply relax.

As the sun sets, enjoy live entertainment, and gather with fellow players by the poolside bar to share stories and celebrate the day — creating an atmosphere that goes far beyond just a tournament.

Rooms

The rooms are designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, offering a relaxing retreat after active days in the sun. Each room features a balcony or terrace, centrally controlled air conditioning, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Standard Room (26 m²)

One bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, bathroom with a shower cabin, and a private balcony. The floor is tiled. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a hairdryer, minibar, and digital safe box, along with essential toiletries such as wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel. 

Superior Room (26 m²) 

To upgrade to this room, please choose the “Sea View Room Upgrade” option at check-out. While this option applies to the upgrade category, the room itself does not have a sea view.

Same size as the standard rooms, this refurbished room stands out with its marble flooring and modern furnishings, alongside a bathroom with a shower cabin and a private balcony. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a hairdryer, minibar, tea and coffee setup, and a digital safe box, along with essential toiletries such as wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel.

Standard Family Room (40 m²)

Two connected bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), shared bathroom with shower cabin, balcony, air conditioning, two satellite TVs, hair dryer, minibar, and digital safe box. The floor is tiled. The layout places the children’s room with twin beds at the entrance, followed by the parents’ room with a double bed. Please note that the connecting door is half-sized and does not provide complete privacy.

Superior Family Room (40 m²)

This room features two connected bedrooms with a modern design and marble flooring. The layout places the children’s room with twin beds at the entrance, followed by the parents’ room with a double bed. A full-size connecting door provides complete privacy between the two rooms. The room also includes a shared bathroom with a shower cabin and a balcony. Amenities include air conditioning, two satellite TVs, hair dryer, minibar, tea/coffee setup, and a digital safe box.

Your Protection With Us

PSO is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), membership number X5942, and an ATOL holder with licence number 12758.

Your booking is 100% financially protected through the Travel Trust Association (TTA). All customer payments are held in a secure trust account managed by an independent trustee, meaning your money is safe until you’ve received your holiday.

If your package includes flights, it may also be protected by ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence). This government-backed scheme ensures you won’t lose your money or be stranded abroad if the travel company ceases trading.

Travel & Event Update

We are aware of the recent developments in the Middle East and would like to reassure all our guests that Türkiye remains unaffected, with no impact on travel, flights, or resort operations. All arrangements for the tournament continue as planned, and we look forward to welcoming you as scheduled.

As always, the safety and peace of mind of our guests is our highest priority. In the unlikely event that circumstances were to change and affect travel to Türkiye, the tournament would be postponed to Spring 2027, with your place in the tournament fully secured, or guests would be offered a full credit or refund.
