Rob Williams is PSO Head Coach and a European Championship–winning coach for the England Masters Team, an IPTPA Master Teaching Professional, and the Director of Coach Development for Pickleball England. His technical expertise and leadership in European coach education make him one of the most influential figures in the sport.

Scott Tawse, PSO Head Coach for both Tennis and Pickleball, holds Level 2 IPTPA and Level 3 RPT certifications. A Kovacs Serve Specialist and Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, he blends biomechanics, breathing science, mindfulness, and neuroscience-based coaching to help players develop both their game and their mental focus.
